Magnetic Assemblies

Introduction

Magnetic assemblies are a combination of magnets and other component parts, which can expand the practicability and versatility of magnetic materials. Moreover, they use a special magnetic circuit design to improve the magnetic performance of the magnet. These assemblies include magnetic pots/hooks, magnetic tubes/grates, non-contact gears, and other combinations of design for practical purposes.

Through the high magnetic permeability of the iron, a magnetic pot or hook can produce a larger magnetic attraction than the same magnet alone.

Widely used in manufacturing, food industry, and water purification devices, magnetic tubes and magnetic grates can filter iron filings and impurities so as to achieve the purpose of purifying materials and maintaining product manufacturing safety. The cogging-free magnetic gears have the capability of ultipole expansions of magnetic field transffering mechanical energy, and because of the frictionless transmission, it increases transmission power while avoiding the risk of gear teeth breakage.

In order to promote the convenience of implementation and the efficiency of the manufacturing process, the design of magnetic assemblies is based on functionality and practical thinking which leading to more effective and diverse ways of magnetic applications.
