Rubber Ferrite Magnet
Introduction
Rubber ferrite magnets, usually simply named “rubber magnets” or “flexible magnets”, are made from ferrite magnetic powder mixed with synthetic rubber binders via a process of extrusion or calendering.
Superior elasticity and flexibility, derived from nitrile rubber, makes these magnets widely used in advertising products such as refrigerator magnets, bin markers, ie-cut magnets, and display boards. Rubber magnets are also found in industrial and automotive products including micro motors, cooling fans, and rotors for DC motors.
Features
• High flexibility, adaptable to various shapes and surfaces
• Lightweight and thin, advantageous for applications with limited weight and space
• Excellent electrical insulation, useful in applications requiring electromagnetic shielding
• Rubber layer is wear-resistant and waterproof, protecting the appearance and performance of the magnet
• Lower magnetic performance
工作溫度
-40°C~100°C
Applications
• Small electric motors
• Sensors
• Cooling fans
• Refrigerator door seals
